Ticket Option Confusion

I'm sure this has been answered and I've read the FAQ's till my eyes blurred but I am still confused on the ticket options. There seem to be so many.

So if we want to do the HP/Island of Adventure park and want to ride the Hogwarts Express, will the standard park-to-park ticket option work?

Yes, you want one that says Park-to-Park.
