Ticket Mania -- What's your comfort level?

I've never used a ticket broker before. Who out there has used Ticket Mania and what was your experience? Did the passes work as promised? Thanks.

We used Ticketmania last month with no problems. The tickets arrived in a few days, exactly when they said they would.

They also included a TON of brochures from the Orlando area that included coupons. They were fun to look at.

Even though I use ticketmaster.com all the time, I was also nervous about ordering from an online ticket broker I've never heard of. To be on the safe side, you could order them using a credit card that automatically insures your purchases made with that card.

I have used ticket mania a number of times. Comfort level?
From 1-10 I give them a 10+. They are quick and they send great stuff with the tickets (brochures and some coupons) and the shipping is free.

I haven't used them to purchase any park tickets but have used them to purchase offsite dinner tickets which worked out well and I do recall getting the tickets within the shipping timeframe (of course I ordered these tickets 5 to 6 weeks before leaving for vacation anyway). I also ordered Cirque tickets (Nov. 2002) through their website. A lady had called me back as I placed in the request box that I wanted end seats (not that I am tall but my legs always but up against the seat in front of me at any Cirque show) or seats in a row where no one is in front of you. A Lady called me back from Ticketmania to say that she can not guarantee end seats. I just informed her to send whatever and that I would deal with it. When we received them, they just weren't end of the row seats but right there in the front row. We had plenty of room and felt like the show was going to land in our laps.

I was concerned when using them for the first time also. I have used them twice now though and feel fully confident in them.

I totally agree! As a matter of fact, other than Disney themselves, I don't think I would be too gung-ho to use anyone else..

I've also had great experience using them. Their shipping is quick and the customer service is great (I actually stopped into their offices to pick something up).

I just placed two orders with them recently and both came in 6 days.
Haven't used the passes obviously, but we ordered from them a few years ago too, and no prob with passes.

Love TicketMania. They are fast and tickets usually come with a huge envelope full of brochures.

Very comfortable with them.

I've used them 2-3 times over the past couple of years. Love them ... very professional in confirming my order via e-mail ... the tickets came in a timely manner ... official Disney tickets ...

I've used them before also and have had no problems with them. In fact they e-mailed me and explained that my tickets would not be delivered when origanlly said but then gave me another dated so i wouldn't worry about it. Very good experience!
