Ticket Mania or Disney.Com?

Hi,

My sister will be visiting WDW soon also, where should she buy her 4 or 5 day PH tickets? Should we take her to the Disney Store and pick up tix there or order them online from Disney.Com or Ticket Mania?

Which of them will give her the best possible price? I know Ticket Mania was about $5 or so cheaper and free shipping, but has anyone tried them? I'm a bit affraid she might get ripped off.

Any info would be great appreciated! THANKS!

Ticketmania is perfectly legit. I bought from there last year w/ no problems, as have many, many people here at the DIS.

In comparing prices, keep in mind Disney's website and TDS prices don't include taxes (or shipping for the Disney website). Ticketmania's includes both.

Call TDS and get their prices. I believe tax is 12%? so add that to their price (or ask them what the price w/ tax is). Get the prices off the Disney website, and then check Ticketmania's website. If you sign up for the Mosesavers newsletter, you can get a discount on some of the Ticketmania tickets.

Also check out your local AAA if you're a member. That's where I'm getting my ticket this time (5 day PH - I don't need any plusses). My local AAA has this for $232.

We used Ticketmania last year as well and had no problems with them. The tickets arrived a few days after we ordered them along with an envelope full of the attraction guides and discount coupons for the Orlando area.

It does really come down to where you will save money. On some of the passes the price can be close to what you would pay when you preorder them from Disney but if your buying more then a couple of tickets it can add up quickly.

Ticketmania also has an office in Kissimme in case she did run into any troubles but our tickets worked without a problem and were dated about five days before I placed my order so they were new ticket stock.

I ordered my tickets from Ticketmania off of their website. I requested that the tickets be sent to our hotel (AKL), there was no delivery fee. When we checked into AKL the first thing the CM said after she pulled up my name on the computer was " We have an evelope waiting for you". I was very pleased with Ticketmania and plan on using them again for our next trip.
