So, in 1999, my family went to visit the then-new IOA. My mom got picked to do a survey, and got 2 free 1-day tickets to US/IOA. We put them away. Flash forward to now, and I'm planning on living in Florida soon.

1 - There is no expiration date listed on the ticket, has never been used. I think it'll be fine to get me into the park, but does anyone have experience with this? I called guest services and they said they'd have to check validity at the park.

2 - What are the chances I can upgrade it to an AP once I'm inside?

I would imagine you would just pay the difference between the price of a one day one park ticket and the annual pass. I don't think it would be an issue as long as the tickets weren't promotional items and have no value.
