Ticket Exchange Upgrade Question

We purchased 2 day single park tickets, but it looks like we will run out of time and not get to go, can we cash those tickets in, and get 1 day tickets or apply them to some other type of tickets?

If they are (completely) unused you can trade them in towards other tickets but you need to do that at the parks. No change will be returned.

You can wait until you get down there for your next vacation before doing anything with the unused tickets. More likely you will want to add more days to them but no matter what you do, the starting value for trade or upgrade stays the same while the price of what you would like instead will go up as the years go by.
