Hi all,
DH and DS were planning a trip to DL in May, but needed to cancel. I purchased tix from UT (with Maxpass) just before prices went up. Now I wished I’d waited. Their names were required for the tix (just like our tix for Disneyland Paris). My concern is that DS will not be able to use his ticket before it expires. I know that the value of the tix are never taken away, no matter when he’s able to go (and he will need to pay the difference).
What if someone else in the family might be able to go in his place? Since the ticket hasn’t been used and has not been attached to the app, is it possible for the ticket to be “gifted” to someone else? I brought up DLP because I do not recall anyone checking ID at the gates when we presented them with our printed out tix. I understand the tickets being non-transferable once they’ve been used. Would I be able to attach them to the DL app and then transfer the ticket to a friend or family member?
