Ticket Dilemma! What now?

Several weeks ago I ordered 3 tickets for MNSSHP on the 29th.
Today I finally got around to reserving a room for the weekend of the 29th. At the end of my coversation with this wonderful CO she gives me my reservation number and then tells me to hold on a minute for my ticket order number. I of course am slightly confused and ask did you order tickets for me? Why yes for the MNSSHP she replies. I informed her that I did not need tickets and that I already have them yet she tells me there is nothing she can do. She then gives me the ticket order number and a phone number that I can call tommorrow to see if they can help me. I've made countless reservations at WDW and never had a problem. I know it was just a breakdown in communication somewhere. I'm afraid that I now have 3 extra tickets to the MNSSHP on the 29th that will never get used. Anyone ever had this happen to them? Will they make me keep the extra tickets? What now?

I don't think you'll have any problems returning them to Disney. When I ordered my tickets last year for MNSSHP, they sent me three adult and one child ticket (and charged me for 3 adult and 1 child). I had only ordered two adult and one child. When I got the tickets and final bill, I called the number and they credited my account with no problems at all!

Don't worry - you'll be fine. Just call the Disney #!!!

I called the number this morning and the CM said she would have the charges reversed. I am so relieved.


Ebay would have been an idea but the 29th isn't sold out so I'd probably have a hard time finding a buyer.


Hope to see ya on the 29th. I'll be dressed as "ME"
