Ticket Delay?

Tomorrow I will have volunteered 2 weeks ago. Is anyone else's vouchers taking the full 2 weeks to come through? If I don't get an email tomorrow, what do I need to do? I leave in 16 days and don't want to have an issue when I get there!

My e-mail notification came within the week of volunteering. We volunteered last week. I first received a confirmation that the charitable organization had confirmed our completion and then I received a subsequent e-mail with the link to print the vouchers.
