Ticket Conversion - Upgrades

Hi all I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask it, but I thought I'd give it a shot!

Has anyone upgraded tickets before? We received 3 5 day park hoppers with DVC purchase and I was told we could actually upgrade the tickets and we were hoping to upgrade them at APs. Has anyone done something similiar? Do you just go to the desk at the resort and apply the value?

Also, the tickets don't say 'free' or 'complementary' so that shouldn't be an issue.

You can not purchase APs at the Resort. You will need to go to a park ticket window or guest relations location at a park, DTD, or TTC to do the upgrade.
