Ticket cards linked with MagicBands?

Just want to clarify something. I was booked for a trip last September that we had MagicBands for that we cancelled. We have rebooked but offsite and purchased a ticket only package. I have received the ticket cards. If the tickets and the MagicBands are both active in my account, I can use the MagicBands to scan it at the park? I don’t need to do anything else to link them? Is this correct?

Wondering if this worked for you? I have the same issue. I just called and they told me i could not link my magicband to my new tickets, she said I would have to take the magicbands to guest services at a park? This seems wrong to me. If the magicbands are active and my tickets are showing in MDE are they automatically on there?

1. Sadly, some "Phone CM's" like to make up rules since many do not actually know in-park procedures.
