Can anyone tell me what time the ticket booths at Disneyland open?

I'm trying to figure out if I can get in line early at the gates (30-40 minutes before opening time) and then send my husband to exchange our GAD vouchers at the ticket booths before the gates open. I believe we have to exchange vouchers the same day we plan to use them.

Has anyone had experience with this?

I've had a similar plan in mind and would like to know the answer to this question as well. Also, with the GAD vouchers does every person in your party with a voucher have to be present at the ticket booth or can one person collect all the IDs and get all the tickets?

The ticket booths open 1/2 hour before the park does (or on MM days, 1/2 hour before MM). However, I might be wrong but, I was under the impression that everyone in the party had to be present in order to exchange GAD vouchers.

The tickets booths are supposed to open up an hour before and stay open a hour later than the normal gate hours. On my last 2 trips, I traded them in the night before so I had the tickets in hand when I got in line. You are supposed to show the credit card used to purchase the tickets. I can't remember if I had to show ID.

I may be totally wrong but I dont think you take your GAD vouchers to the ticket booths I think you take them to the main gates into disneyland....
Can anyone confirm???

You can't find any official word from Disney online about when ticket booths are "supposed" to open. I can tell you when they did open on a recent Friday, about 35 minutes before "opening" (and the entry gates were open about 3 minutes after "opening")

Mouse 13,

I do live in Kansas in a suburb of Kansas City. This is our second trip to Disneyland! We love it!

I wanted to reiterate this question:

Also, with the GAD vouchers does every person in your party with a voucher have to be present at the ticket booth or can one person collect all the IDs and get all the tickets?

I'm curious to hear the answer to that from those of you who have used your GAD vouchers already.

Looks liks we live at opposite ends of the state but are in agreement about our love of Disneyland! I hope we can get some confirmation on the GAD ticket vouchers and ticket booth questions soon. :cool1:
