Just got the 2day/3rd day free for our July trip with the fan club discount. We picked the kiosk option for getting the tickets. Just wondering where these are located and how quick they are. Thanks. Also, is the third day already on the ticket or do you have to get it validated to get the third day free. Ticketmania mentioned having to do this on a similar offer. I was just curious how it worked if you got your tickets through Universal.

The kiosks are near the exit and around the ticket booths. The third day should already be on the ticket.

I emailed ticketmainia about this because I also wanted to know about the 3rd day. They wrote me back and said that sometime on the 1st day you are there, you take your ticket to guest relations and they will validate the 3rd day for you.

the kiosks are easy to use, they were off to the far right at universal. Just don't forget to bring the credit card you bought them with as you need to scan it in the machine.

Thanks everyone!
shpedly: Nice to see another person from Lexington on the dis!:D

Getting your tickets from the Kiosk machines is a breeze. You enter the 6 digit confirmation number, swipe your credit card, and the tickets drop to the bottom of the machine.

Now, if they said you need to visit Guest Relations, that may be another story if they're talking about the ticket processing center. That's located to the left after you enter the park. It's just before the exit of IOA or USF. A line forms of people processing the APs. Wait for me was about half an hour. You'll have to walk up and decide if you wanna wait in line, or come back later in the day. If the line is say, 20 people, then go for it. Otherwise, come back later.

Can you go get these before the day you use them? I'd like to go ahead and get them the night before we go.

You can go get them but the day you use them starts the process.

robvia, I think what you mean Vacation Services, where you have to stand and fill in all that information and get your picture taken? That can be a long wait! I usually ask the people at the gate for their opinion and they'll tell you when to run over there.

Kiosk machine is a breeze, no wait as there are several machines on the right of ticketing booth. Make sure you have the exact credit card as my hubbys am express wouldnt work but mine did (they are the same account).
