Ticket and Hotel Question

Thinking of tacking on a day or 2 at Universal in the first week of November after the Disney portion of our trip. Is getting a 1 day park-to-park ticket enough with the FOTL pass or should we try to work out a 2nd park day? Our kids will be 11, 8 and 6 1/2 at the time.

Also, does Universal let you freely cancel hotel rooms if a better deal comes out? Thinking of Orbitz/Cheaptickets promo codes.

We've been to Universal a couple of years ago but this will be our first time staying on site with the FOTL.

I think if you book one night on property your Unlimited Express privileges are good on both the day you check in to the hotel and the next day when you check out (all day). Might be worthwhile to do 2 days since you will unlimited express on both.

Thanks, but our flight leaves at 9:30am so I'd either have to cut my disney trip by one day to make 2 days available for Universal or just do 1 day park-to-park.

cancel on the 6th day out and you can get your refund returned to your cc.

the site says cancel 5 days out from reservation but i read it as having 5 full days left prior to that.

i think different.

you can cancel anytime without penalties due to inclement weather
