Ticket and Dining Plan Questions

Hopefully my fellow DVCers can help.

I have booked a vacation for next year and my sister will be joining us. She was wondering if she needs to have the same number of park pass days that we will get. She may take a day to visit some friends. The other question is somewhat related, but for DDP. Does DDP always need to match the number of nights of your stay?

My DW, DD and I will be getting 6 day park passes and DDP tied to the 5 nights of our stay. Does my sister’s ticket and DDP need to match the rest of us in the same room?

No on the tickets. Buy whatever meets your needs.

Yes on the DDP. Everyone has to have the same DDP for the entire reservation. So all 5 days for everyone.

You could leave her off the reservation and try to add her at check in but people have had mixed success doing this. Of course she would also not be able to use magical express if that matters to you and she couldn't make fast passes at 60 days out like other on site guests.
