On the night of a Halloween Party, at what time does the standby line for Tiana's start? And what kind of wait times can you expect during the night? Do we have to wait until the end of the night to ride Tiana's with a short (30 min. or less) wait?

6:00. Wait times are reasonable almost all night except after the first parade they bump up as many head there.
