VQ or Genie+ LL. Genie+ is not the same as ILL. That's as of now. Starting on July 24, it will be part of LLMP.Is Tiana only VQ or is there paid ILL as well? I’m seeing conflicting information. Thanks!

The ride averages 120-130 boarding groups per day so it's doing a pretty good. I'm assuming you went on 8/26-8/27 which unfortunately had the most down time since it opened. This stuff happens.WHAT A JOKE. DISNEY, shut it down. We bought a LLMP specifically for Tiana’s, 10:30 am, but they cancelled it. Managed to get a VQ at 1 - boarding groups never passed 85. FIVE more virtual queues - all no go. Today - boarding group 2. Waited in MK, but it didn’t open, so switched parks for the afternoon.
Finally received a notice to board at 12:45, raced over, and the ride shut down when we arrived.
Disney - SHUT IT DOWN until you can get it somewhat functional. So frustrating.
I agree that stuff happens, but even the staff were saying that it’s unfair - today (almost 3 pm) it’s been open for about 30 minutes. Apparently the sensors are malfunctioning and not triggering events as the logs move by (but also concerns about the sensors not recognizing log placement - safety issue). They’ve tried to troubleshoot it over the last week, but it’s been a tough one for staff and visitors alike, and the problem has been getting worse. The ride averages 120-130 boarding groups per day so it's doing a pretty good. I had a look at the Thrill-data and while Tiana is having a particularly bad week, I’m not sure the site captures the minor stoppages that we experienced on many many rides. As services continue to be cut back, I hope that maintenance (both preventative and responsive) isn’t falling victim of the park-wide reductions that we are all experiencingWe were evacuated off of Tiana at the end of the night on 8/20, and on 8/24 it didn't even open until around 12:30pm. This is anecdotal of course, but there seemed to be a lot of ride downtime last week compared to trips I've taken in the past. My in-laws stayed a few days after I left and had terrible luck - SDMT was down for what seemed like 24 hours Sunday into Monday (they ended up getting a refund for their LLSP), along with Tiana, SM, HM, and the railroad at various points while SDMT was down, and even Philharmagic had delays while they were in line. After they came out of that theater, Pan was down. Crowds were low, but so many attractions were unavailable!
I “scored” a VQ on 8/27 about 7:01. Down all day until we came back for MNSSHP where it seemed to be working just fineThe ride averages 120-130 boarding groups per day so it's doing a pretty good. I hope all will have better luck than we did. The Thrill data indicating that there are 120-130 boarding groups per day doesn't really give you the whole picture, as the window for an earlier boarding group expires and they move to the higher numbers, so while someone with a boarding group of 120 may get to ride if it's up and running late in the day, but the window of opportunity for the first 100 boarding groups might have come and gone without an opportunity to ride (which happened to us twice). We were boarding group 2, the ride first opened for the day at 12:50 pm for about 30 minutes, and many many individuals who didn't get to ride before it closed again (about 50 boarding groups) received a "boarding group expired" message. In theory, you can go and plead your case, and they may let you board with an expired pass, but it's been a very tough week for Tiana. The ride averages 120-130 boarding groups per day so it's doing a pretty good. That happened to me with TRON and when it came back up they called my group again and I had an extended window (maybe 2 hours, can’t remember) to return.many many individuals who didn't get to ride before it closed again (about 50 boarding groups) received a "boarding group expired" message. Did either of you go to the ride and tap in? Our experience last week was they were allowing guests to ride after their BG expired. We were 30 mins late one time and tap still turned green. Someone in front of us turned blue meaning he was even later returning than us and the CM didn’t say a word and overrode it turning the tap green. That happened to us yesterday. We got boarding group 56. Hadn't planned to go to MK that day but lost out on a boarding group on our planned MK day so we thought we would just hop over from AK. We kept an eye on what boarding groups had been called all morning and early afternoon. Between ride downtime and what I assume was downtime due to weather we were back at the resort. Started heading toward MK when boarding groups from....I don't remember which but up to boarding group 53 were called and we didn't make it in time. We were so disappointed.
Oh well. Better luck next year.
