Tiana and Naveen Meet and Greet Time

So you find people of the disboards got me really excited about meeting Tiana with Naveen for our trip next month (Tiana is a must meet for DD4). Now I'm trying to figure out a ballpark of the time they meet. I tried signing up for Kenny the Pirate's website and for some reason the site wouldn't take my credit cards. After 4 attempts with 3 different cards, I finally gave up. So anyone have a time that they usually meet up? Does it vary quite a bit?

If you want to meet both you have to wait until after the parade. Tiana will meet by herself before. Last time I met them was after dinner at LT, I think around 6:30 but I'm not sure about the times now...
