THV room size and layouts

Does anyone have an idea on the bedroom sizes and layouts for the new THVs? I am wondering if you could fit some blow up beds in the bedrooms in instead of using the pullouts in the living room?

Someone reported that a guide said they would be about 1,000 sq ft., although the drawing seems to depict something somewhat larger than that. The drawing of course is not controlling. Also, they said in one of the bedrooms there would be a bunk bed rather than what is shown in drawing.

I think it is about 1100 SQ FT. Just figuring that by using the size of beds and such. I might be wrong but it was fun anyways.
