THV bedding

I have a question for those who have stayed in the THVs. We have guests spending one night with us in our THV until they check into SSR the next day. They will be using the pull out sofa and the sleep chair. Is bedding provided for both of these or do we have to request it or bring our own? Also are we suppose to inform the hotel that these guests are staying there for that night and list their names? Even with them we will still be under the allowed number of guests. Thanks.

The bedding is supplied. It may be in a closet, or the bed may be made up. You should put the people on the reservation, unless you are doing the dining plan. Although I think that has changed since they upgraded the computer system.

The THV's are great. We stayed in 1 a couple of weeks ago.

Yes bedding is provided for the pull out sofa...I didn't realize that the chair was a sleeper??? Is it for sure? Funny, we were there a week and I had no idea.

I thought the chair was where the 9th guest would be? Maybe I'm wrong? Oh well. It's a mother and child sleeping in the living area so I guess they could just bunk together. We're not doing the dining plan after all but I'll add their names for the one night. Thanks folks.

I think the chair will be made up already. We opened the chair at BLT and it was already with sheets and blanket.
