According to Disney,

"The Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will feature its own planned pool area".

My family and I are thinking of staying at The THV's next December. Will the pool be ready by then? Thanks.

No real information has been released yet about specific details of THVs, but I'm confident that this phase of the resort will be fully functional when it opens on June 1, 2009. There was already a pool from the original Tree House area and I'm certain it will be ready for use when the area opens.
