Thursday's I-75 Weather ?

Hi. Does anyone know what type of weather is exspected onlong I-75 for this Thursday and Friday? My mother just called and is worried about snow and tornados on the way. We are to leave on Thursday 3:00am. Hey a couple of years ago, we left during a ice storm.

We are planning on leaving on Friday or Saturday depending on the weather so I am going to keep an eye on this thread.

I also wonder what the 77/79 route is like because we may decide to go that way and shave off a few hours.
