to make ADR's and just wanted opinions on the following: {FYI we DH, DS who's 6 and myself} will be 5 nites at Kidani and 4 nites at BWV}

Breakfasts: Tusker House; Cape May; Captain's Grille {Easter Brunch?}
Lunches: Chefs de France; Crystal Palace
Dinners: Chef Mickey's; House of Blues; Boma; San Angel Inn; Mama Melrose F! Package; Il Mulino; Cape May

Would you change anything?? I appreciate any help! My possible edits/additions would be Fultons; Coral Reef; TRex; and/or Flying Fish

I love most of your plan...if it were me, I'd make a couple of changes...
You alreay have great Mickey et al meals with Tusker and cape may breakfasts...I'd chuck Chef Mickey's...noisy dirty and bad food! In it's place you can try Sanaa!! Fabulous food, service and setting! It's right there in Kidani and if you get an ADR before sunset, you can request a window seat and watch the African wildlife stroll by as you dine! I personally would take Flying Fish in place of San Angel Inn, I'm dining at LaHacienda in Nov, but that's really for the Illuminations view...I can get good mexican food at home. Flying Fish is superb and right on the boardwalk, so you can dine and then stroll!
