Got some out of the way. I rode 8 miles on my bike. I actually broke a sweat and had a good aerobic rate for about 20 mins. Would like to do pilates next, but I'm still in a very slow recovery from whatever this virus thing was. Don't want to over do, like I did Tuesday, which put me entirely out of it yesterday. We'll see.
