Thurs. March 18th exercisers....

Hi everyone,
got the dreaded exercise out of the way this morning. It was tiring because I exercised late yesterday, so I didn't have a nice recovery time. But I got in three miles on the treadmill so I'm satisfied with that. How about you!

I have my 40 minutes on the treadmill done for the day as well. I actually ran 14 of those minutes which I was very happy with.
 
I took a spinning class at the gym! One of my all-time favorite classes!::yes::
 
today I tried my new DVD -- Kathy Smith Rules of Fat Burning -- I combined 20 mins of floor aerobics, 20 mins of intervals, and 15 mins of kickboxing. My legs were like lead weights by the time I got to the kickboxing. This DVD is a combination of excerpts from different workout videos she's done in the past, I haven't looked into the details of it, but I think it actually has some routines programed into where you just put in what day your on and the workout combos play.

anyhow -- i was dripping -- we had a 2 hr fog delay so it was hard to get moving, but i'm glad I did ;)
 

I did the FIRM Super Cardio Sculpt and day 2 of 5 Day abs.
 
It was Firm's Maximum Cardio Burn + Abs for me!

AKASnowWhite~ I'd love to try spinning one day, I've heard it's a real kick-butt workout!
 
I just got back from the gym - I was feeling really lousily sluggishly awful this morning - now I am rarin' to go. 20 minutes cardio plus weight training those abs, my total weak point.
 
Everyone has done great!

I did FIRM body sculpt (upper body) this morning.
 
ahhhhhhh its still snowing so no walk outside today
I think I have about 7500 steps on the pedometer
gonna have alot of catchup steps to do
 
I did 30 minutes of brisk walking outdoors and 2 minutes of actual jogging.

Didn't have time to do strength tonight. Will do that tomorrow.
 
I did an hour Yoga (and she worked us hard) and the weight circuit at the gym.
 
I wasn't sure if I was going to exercise, but I did it. I did step aerobics and then the firm body sculpt.
 
I did the 30 min., 2 mile WATP video as quick as I could tonight ;) before my DD's musical at school! :p 30 mins. is 30 mins.! ROFLOL

I did the 3 mile WATP and some more shoveling, does that count? I hope that's it for shoveling until next season! Great job eveyone, keep up the great work! :D
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning and Curves after work.

I spent about 4 hrs packing stuff & moving it around in my basement! Then, as if that wasn't exercise enough I did my 30 min on the Gazelle & 15 min strength exercises! Needless to say, I slept very well last night! :teeth:
