Who's done what so far today?

Went out this morn and walked 1/2hr
Im now at 5400 steps at 1040am
Hopefully if the rain holds off I'll walk another 1/2hr after work

I only made it back out for 15mins after work before I took a friend to the emergency room. I did get at least my 10,000 steps for the day though.
 
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training.

Who's next???
 
Looks like I'm next... jogging this morning, 3.2 miles in 36 minutes. :goodvibes
 
today I did Denise Shrink the Female Fat zones

i have been inspired to wear my pedometer -- i'm not doing near as well an noon I'm at 2200+ steps.

I did an hour of intense yoga (we asked for it and she gave it), then I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill and then 7 minutes on the eppitical.

Anyone else...nights almost over.
 
Well... I started ohMom's running workout today...I really liked it! I felt invincible, so thank you for helping me get started on it!

I think my pedometer is off, though, because according to the path signs, I went four miles, but according to my pedometer I went only two! So...now I'm not quite sure how I feel about the pedometer. Of course, it was only $7, so I shouldn't complain.

Sounds like everyone did great! I'm off to go buy some healthy lunch stuff! Talk to you all soon! Keep it up!

P.S. I am registering for the 1/2 Marathon tomorrow, does anybody know if DVC is good for anything more than $5 off? How do I go about fundraising for a charity? Will they be full already?! Please help!
 
First, I went with DD's class on a nature walk field trip but, I'm not counting that towards activity points. However, I can't tell you how GREAT it felt to walk briskly with those 6yo's AND, not be out of breath or, tired!!! I felt like I was young again! :teeth:

Officially for exercise today, I did the 2 mile WATP video. :sunny:
 
This was yesterdays thread, but I had a verybusy day off from work. I got up early to grocery shop, then went to our local garden shop and bought and spread 27 very large bags of bark mulch in our beds in the front of the house. It looks nice!
I also made a banana bread, chocolate chip cookies, an Atkins apple bread for myself, chocolate cupcakes and a chicken parmesian dinner with pasta and rolls/salad for company that came for dinner last night. In between I did 2 loads of laundry, made beds, cleaned bathrooms. I was done in time to sit down and watch survivor.
I think I got enough exercise for the day!
 
I walked 20 minutes at lunch (too busy to get in a 1/2 of an hour)
and then in the evening I did the Denise Austin toning and firming tape, 45 minutes.
 
Did my Y routine - I am ready to increase the weight on some of my strength training. ::yes::
