We had a right humdinger of a storm last night - and we lost our power about 10 minutes into chat!! It had been threatening all day and we kept losing our power for seconds and then it came back on - but eventually it went out for a couple of hours!

I get worried about the power cuts whilst the PC is on - obviously you dont get the chance to close everything down - just 'click' and it;s off!!!!!!!!

Just hope it dont damage anything - we seem to get a few here

And here - and the rain - it was like being back in Florida (only not quite such warm rain ).

We still had the gazebo up in the garden from my "surprise" birthday party on Saturday - the poor thing just keeled over with the weight of the water . . . and most of the water then gushed into the poor little guinea pigs run S'OK, they're looking very clean this morning

We back on to farmland and the poor farmer was ready to start harvesting the wheat today . . but me thinks he'll be waiting another couple of days judging my the forecast of more heavy rain here for this afternoon.
