Help please! Bunnies have been destroying my New Guinea Impatiens. I sprinkled dried blood around the flowers like the guy at the nursery told me to - but they don't seem to care.

Any other bunnyproofing ideas out there?

I had the critters eating my broccoli and peas sprouts. I used deer repellent spray and they haven't been back since. It's a bit stinky. One of the ingredients is putrescent eggs (yuck!), but it works!

Same problem here :guilty: I think Critter Ridder worked the best last year. Sprinkle around the plants. Turns off the the bunnies apetite (it's very peppery) but I think the woodchucks think it's a condiment. They ate holes in the pumpkins last year from the ground up.

Thanks for the tips guys. I love bunnies, I really do - but my flowers look so much better with blossoms on them. ;)

Oh boy - I've tried everything. I was just about ready to give up because we obviously have some very hardy rabbits here - and then, I just couldn't. I went and bought a whole new bunch of flowers and talked with the guy at the nursery. He showed me some spray stuff that he SWEARS works wonders at keeping the bunnies away.

If it works, I'll let you know. I can't even recall the name of the spray as I type this. I just hope it works because nothing else has.

Glad you didn't give up on new plants. Bunnies and deer are a huge problem for me right now. This morning I was outside chasing the deer out of the garden. They wouldn't budge until I started dancing around:rotfl: I'm going out now to get critter ridder. Beats dancing first thing in the morning. :cool1:

I haven't tried it yet, but I've been told hair clippings around perimeter works!
