We decided to sell two small contracts, 50 OKW points and 30 BWV points. Listed them with TTS and they did a great job of selling and communication all the way through the process. The BWV sold in less than one day. Will use them again if we decide to sell more.

I agree. I've purchased two resale contracts from them so far and they made it very easy. And I just got another case of addonitus that I hope they can cure.;)

I'm currently in the market for a Resale and have been in contact with them, very friendly and helpful folks over there

We also purchased 2 add on contracts from them. Very easy to work with, professional and organized.

I am purchasing my first contract through them. They have been excellent in keeping me informed during this process. However, for some reason the process seems to be taking longer than those who purchased through Fidelity. It maybe because they have a higher volume.

I would think Fidelity would have more volume, so not sure why it would take longer. I think TSS is very helpful, but tend to be a bit on the conservative side when approaching offers. They tend to push for a higher offer from a buyer with the reasoning to be to avoid ROFR.

I have also purchased a contract through TTS and they are great, not sure about quicker or slower than Fidelity to me it seems about the same.

Fidelity: Passed ROFR March 11 - Received Closing Docs March 25th - closing delayed until 1st week of May (even though I have already sent closing docs and cashier's check) because sellers are travelling

TTS - Passed ROFR March 26th - still waiting for Closing docs

both contracts: AKV

I passed ROFR on 3/18, still no closing docs. Also check out the topic Resale Closing Timeline (thru Fidelity).

I think that Magic Vacation Title, LLC maybe too small to support the volume of TTS.

We purchased through TSS just this Jan and did not find this to be true - we were "bottom feeding" the offer, and based on recent ROFR's we were right there at the bottom (ours was just $2 above a similar sized contract that WAS taken a couple of months later)

BTW - :thumbsup2 to Jason and the whole team at TSS - our transaction was super smooth and (I'm sure at least partly due to the sellers returning their paperwork quickly) was done in minimum time.
