Through ROFR-VWL!

We found out yesterday that we passed ROFR at the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge! The paperwork was sent to Disney on July 12th, came through on July 23rd. Only 11 days, but it seemed longer! It's 250 points, all 2004 points intact, June use year. We paid $70 per point and are paying the closing costs. The maintenance fees are being paid by the seller through our closing month, so we will just have the balance for the rest of the year when we get the points. Can't wait to be "official" and start making reservations after the closing!
