I just had to shout out loud to someone that I am beyond thrilled that an MDE issue I've been having has FINALLY been resolved!!!! 
For our first ever family WDW trip, we rented DVC points at BLT through David's. Going on the trip are me, DH (John Jr.), our kids, and my in-laws (including John Sr.). In November, when I linked MDE to my reservation, my reservation on MDE only showed 3 adults and 2 kids. It had only picked up one of the "Johns."
I first called David's, who assured me that the DVC reservation was correct and that this was an MDE problem. I called Disney and got the runaround. They told me I had to speak with DVC. I called DVC and they told me they couldn't speak to me because I was not the Member. I spent hours on the phone with both Disney and DVC, mostly sitting on hold and getting transferred to different people. Finally, I got a woman at the IT Help Desk, who PROMISED me that they would fix it, but that it wouldn't be right away because they were "so busy with all the testing" and my trip is not until May.
I waited a week and nothing had been fixed. I called again and was told again that it would be fixed eventually, but they were too "busy with testing" and would get to it whenever they could. They made it sound like it was such a big freaking deal to fix it! I waited (semi-)patiently for all of December, waiting to call again until the holiday "crowd level 10" season had passed, all the while stressing about what would happen if they never fixed it and I couldn't get FP+ advanced reservations for everyone, etc.
I called again today, bracing myself for more hours of hassle, but determined to not give up until they fixed it while I was on the phone. I couldn't believe it, but I actually got a helpful CM who put me on hold and fixed the problem in real time within about 15 minutes!
It's frustrating that I spent so much time dealing with this and stressing about this, but I am just so thrilled to see all of my party listed on MDE. I've had such fun today picking out avatars for all of us, customizing our magic bands, etc. What a huge relief!
