I’m trying to understand the Thrill Data ticket info for Epic the first part of July. The chart makes it look like there is still a ton of availability left some days (like green 74%) vs a yellow only 62% left. So in theory would it be better to go on one of the green high percentage days because less tickets are sold that day?

I was just looking at this chart too and wondering how to interpret in terms of crowd predictions and decided it was not useful hahaha

If the denominator ("capacity is at least" column) is the same across the days you are comparing, I think green days means fewer tickets have been sold for that day...at the time of data collection.

So it is possible that by the time your dates roll around, your target dates may have become more in demand and a previously low demand day is now 99% sold out.

I would still lean toward choosing weekdays and avoiding holidays if you can. It is interesting to me that there is a huge demand for the Monday after July 4th weekend but ticket availability still looks good over the holiday weekend.
