Thrifty??

Hello,

I am hoping to book car hire soon and the cheapest I can find is with a company called thrifty which I found through netflights.

Has anyone ever used them? or even heard of them as I only know of the big companies.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Its the same company as Dollar, so you shouldn't have any problems

As David says they are the same company, Its called the Dollar Thifty Automative Group http://www.dtag.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=71946&p=irol-home

When we collected our car from Dollar at Easter there was no-one at the Thrifty kiosk, Dollar window was dealing with everyone. I think they might use same staff and same cars now at MCO.

If you post your dates and size car you want I don't mind having a search around and double check you have the best price.

Oh that would be brilliant!!!

well, we are four adults with four large suitcases and probably some extra on the way home. So I was kind of going for a seven seater purely for the luggage aspect.

We are going 4th Feb until the 26th Feb.

The driver will be 28 years old and we will be flying into MCO

The best I have found is 504 with thrifty.

Great price, just searched lots of companies, some still not on thier systems yet for next year, including direct with Thrifty.co.uk.
I suspect there could be a slight price error somewhere in there, check for August this year and its £554, strange its £50 less next year, expecially when all other companies are £600+
Dollar on Netflights are £648, same car same company and same price for this August so something not quite right with the site but thats not your problem if the booking is accepted.
Also 5% cashback from Quidco, £25 bringing price down to £479, unless there is another glitch(both my car rentals this year were) or the £ gets back upto $2/£1 I can't see you beating this.
