Thrifty Rental Car

I will be picking up a thrifty rental car on thanksgiving.
Can anyone tell me if it takes a long time for the shuttles to come?

We used Thrifty in June of 2004 and the shuttle was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Upon dropping off our car, shuttles were leaving for the airport every 5-10 minutes.

I've never waited for a shuttle at all at the airport. At the Thrifty office, no more than 5 to 10 mins.
