Happy Friday Everyone! :cool1:

My DH works at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago and they just removed this huge periodic table of elements. I loved looking at it every time I went there because it not only had the names and symbols, but it also had an object attached to each box representing that element. It was a great way to see how an element is used in a particular object. It literally was just removed about two months ago to make way for a new exhibit that is coming to the museum. All the elements are so important, but here are my threeโ€ฆโ€ฆ

#1 - Calcium - For strong bones

#2 - Fluoride - For healthy teeth

#3 - Oxygen - For us to breathe.

Calcium - I canโ€™t get enough I take it every day

Magnesium - I take this every day it helps the ward off migraines

Iron - Iโ€™m off in low on this so I take this periodically

Iโ€™ll throw oxygen in there because we all need that!!! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘

Copper.... copper mountain ๐ŸŒ„ ๐ŸŒ„ in Joshua Tree was the only peak of 4 that I did not climb as a 10 year old .
2009 Goodwill bins of Oregon was selling copper for 50 cents a pound which had a scrap value of $2.50 a pound

Chlorine... from April to October chlorine makes life in the above ground pool very liveable here in Yuma

Titanium/pavane.. the piano Guys music made life very liveable after working 2016 the worst job of my Oregon life ... swing shift.. come home and turn on the computer and they were on play list to soothe me and encourage me to go to work again...and save money to furnished our future Yuma home

Carbon: makes me think of Star Trek when they mention carbon-based life forms
Oxygen and Nitrogen: the air we breathe
Fun fact: Nitrogen makes up a much larger percent of the air we breathe than oxygen. (About 78% to 21%)
Personal gratitude: the day they told me in the hospital that I didnโ€™t need to get at-home oxygen and could be released. I love my oximeter!

#1 - DD21โ€™s Travel Softball Program - I was a assistant coach with them for 6 years. Some of the best years of my life.

#2 - Lay Minister Group At My Parish - Iโ€™m a Lector and Iโ€™d like to become a Eucheristic Minister soon (I was one at my past Parish).

#3 - Bowling Team - I was in a bowling league with some girlfriends when I was a teenager. I have lots of good memories from those days.

Iโ€™m not much of a joiner, but somehow I ended up going to PTA meetings and eventually became President!
The Booster Club for my daughterโ€™s HS theater group.
Itโ€™s not really a club, but a small group of retirees from the school I worked at get together once a month.
