And yes, both of them were unexpected. I'm not planning to die anytime soon either, but that's what I thought about the other 2.

I am interested to see if Disney exercises their ROFR on these. At the current selling price with incentives verses the closing costs with resale, are these really a good deal? Expecially with 2 APs.

The AP's are for add-ons only. I would have to think they could not resell it at 79 and this is a starting point.
