Three showing up for a reservation for four

I think I know the answer to this (they won't care, and they won't charge us a no show fee), but I'd like to double check since it's making my sister a little nervous, since she doesn't want to be charged, and we have a party member who probably can't make the reservation. It's for BOG breakfast, if that makes any difference.

We had a reservation for 9 and only 6 showed up. They did not charge us.
