All good!
We stayed at ASMu (two adults)
We ate a few breakfasts at the food court. No complaints, no surprises.

Friday night, before MNSSHP, we ate at Kona Cafe. This was our first time there.
DH had Pan Asian Pasta - Buckwheat Soba noodles with sliced chicken, seasonal vegetables, and a housemade vegetarian stir-fry sauce with soy sauce, lemongrass and ginger. (no shrimp) Said it was good, but didn't have much zest (taste) to it. Liked it, but wouldn't order it again. He gave it a 5 out of 10.
I had Oven Roasted Chicken - tender roasted chicken, red skin mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans and chicken jus. It was GOOD!!! I would order it again. Very tender and flavorful. :bounce:
DH said he wished he had ordered what I had.

Lunch Saturday was just a quick, lighter lunch at the ABC commissary. Okay. Just standard counter service.

Dinner: Le Cellier :teeth: This was our third visit in just under two years and I think this was the best food we had at LeCellier, or very close to it.
DH had the Prime Rib and said on a scale of 1-10, he would give it an 8 or 9.
I had side dishes -- cheese soup (mmm), sauteed mushrooms (mmmm), mashed potatoes (mmmm) and a ceasar salad. The salad was okay. Bitter really, but edible. The rest made up for it. ;) I had enough mushrooms to share and share and share. :)

Sunday -- quick lunch at Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland. Not bad. Good sandwiches for counter service.

Dinner: BOMA's... mmmmmm Our second visit. And we were again very happy with Boma's. Nice to finally get a GOOD cup of coffee at WDW.
It was crowded at Boma's (Sunday night), as it was raining buckets outside. So I think they had their normal crowd, along with those who ended up leaving the parks early.

I had PS' for all our dinner meals. And they were needed. It was a busy weekend. LeCellier was turning away all guests who did not have a PS. There was an 1.5 hour wait for Boma's for those who did not have PS'.

At Cosmic's, DH had: Sub-Orbital Cheesesteak Sub - shaved steak grilled w/cheese and onions, served with French Fries
I had: Big Dipper Stacked Sandwich - sliced turkey, salami, turkey ham, provolone cheese, lettuce (hold the tomato ;) )

They were good. Nothing great. But a nice change from burgers. The bread was fresh, and the sandwiches were pretty good sized. They came with fries. Although, I had to remind the CM to give me mine, not that I needed them. ;).

At Boma's we tried a little bit of everything (buffet). The meat that night was flank steak (strips laying in a marinade -- GOOD) and prime rib (DH said it was good too).
They also had ground veal in a custard. VERY GOOD!!! Sounds odd, but VERY good.
DH also had salmon, that was cooked in a banana leaf. (Again, he said GOOD.)
Slaw salad, just all sorts of stuff and it was all very GOOD.
Very good service too.
It was busy and so noisy too. But we sat by a window near a pond and still found it to be relaxing.
:)

Thanks for letting me know. The buffet sounds wonderful. I know that it changes periodically. But this gives me some kind of idea what type of food will be offered. Thanks again for all of your input.

It sounds very yummy. What night did you eat at Boma? I'd love to try some of that flank steak I keep hearing about, but I don't know what night they serve it. We've got a PS for a Saturday night.

We were there SUnday. And it was put to us when we were seated that they had it that night, which apparently wasn't a nightly *event*. But the server didn't say what nights they had it, or how many nights.
The server also said that was his favorite meat up there. I liked the custard/veal the best of the meat section. :)

The flank steak was precut in small, short strips and laying, cooked and marinating in a pan of juice and spices. It is spicy and VERY flavorful. But not what I consider a spicy hot.
They only gave out a couple of little strips at a time. Although if you asked for more, I am sure you would get it. The meat isn't a self serve on the flank and prime rib section. The salmon and veal/custard was.

Another thing I REALLY like (and remember from last time) is the sweet/white potato combo whipped together. That has spices too. VERY GOOD STUFF! :bounce:
