*Don your garden gloves and that big straw hat! Time to dig up the dirt on our WDW vacation, May 8-12th, 2003 in celebration of Mothers Day and the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival.
First of all, a little bit about our planters I mean, planners:
*Me, myself and Ivy: the wonderful (albeit multi-personable) author of this trip report, WDW planner extrodinaire; one of the three petals, I wilt in full sun but bloom bright and cheery with hints of silliness.
*Peg Leg Pete (Pete): Known to brave traveling with three girls to escape the dreary environment of teaching high school; a nature lover grafted into our family by our marriage, his roots run deep for pin collecting and anything of the Pirate species.
*T Rose: of the ingenious giggle family, permanently dwarfed in her childish loves of Disney princesses and sulky donkeys; second of the three petals, she grew up as my sister but was replanted as my friend.
*Mum: my non-impatient mom who germinated our own love for the Mouse; the first and best of the three petals, her grace (or lack of) and beauty (always, especially with a crown) set her above the foliage; she stands out best among Mickey ice cream bars.
We will be planted for five days, four nights at the Caribbean Beach Resort, set to blossom in the middle of Disney magic! Come along and enjoy the scenery!
