I thought this would be interesting. What do you think are the three hardest places to get reservations for? I know some would say Le Cellier or CRT, but it seems that these are changing. Some that I thought would be easy have become more difficult to get, such as Ohana, Garden Grill and Coral Reef. I am sure it depends on what time of year you are booking, but in general, what reservations are you struggling to get?

think le cellier is still difficult,
then I am having problems getting one for california grill and will be gutted if we can't get one for Aug 15th as is our anniversary but to be fair we only booking last minute now!!!
Ohana's definately dificult!!

Think they all only hard if you don't book on the 180 dayish mark!!

I'm having a hard time getting Garden Grill. I've tried for everyday of our trip as well as I've changed the people (ds wasn't too thrilled with it but dd wants to go, so I thought we could split up if need be) and I still can't find anything.

I've been able to get every other place that I want but this one!

Seeing Le Cellier and Ohana on this list makes me feel good! I switched 3 of my ADR's TODAY. Its a little month away and I started changing ressies!? Was wondering what I was thinking?!?!!? However, seeing this makes me feel better...they must be decent then! (Can you tell this is our first trip?!:lmao:)
Not exactly sure why I had such good luck getting them today. Right place at the right time I guess????:wizard: I did them all online, double checked they were online and then called to make sure it was actually true. Stuff like this never happens to me! HAHA

Switched Chef Mickey's @ 8:30 AM to Ohana's at 7:30 AM
(We are morning people thank goodness!)
Switched Plaza supper for Crystal Palace for lunch
Switched Tutto Italia for Le Cellier for supper.

YAY? NAY? Likes? Dislikes? :goodvibes

I'd say that was a Great Job! We loved leCeiller and can not get ADR since we switched our dates!!

I would definitely agree that LeCellier and 'Ohana are some of the most difficult ADRs to get. 'Ohana does have some really late ressies. For example, we have an ADR there for 10/2/10 at 8:50 pm, and when I try to look for an earlier time, 9:45 pm pops up. Who really wants to eat dinner at 10??? Not me! Not even 9, so I will keep on trying!

I did get lucky yesterday, and snatched an ADR for LeCellier, but for 2:20 pm, which I am willing to accept. Beggars can't be choosers!:rotfl:

I've also found that Mama Melrose's ADR is difficult to come by on a Fantasmic day!

Is Ohanas hard to get at any time of day or is it mainly just dinner? I seem to be fine getting ADR for breakfast if I am flexible on time, but dinner seems to be harder to get at a decent hour.

I agree with Mama Melrose, especially on Fantasmic nights, and unless you call at 180 you can almost forget about getting MM with the Fantasmic package.

I wonder why Garden Grill has become so difficult?

The three hardest ADRs to get are the Victoria & Albert's chefs table, Le Cellier (especially dinner), and Ohana dinner before 8 PM. CRT appears to have dropped off the list due to cost and the fact that dinner now also features princesses, so they're pulling three princess meals a day.

You may also want to add in any Fantasmic package except Brown Derby, although the lunch offerings have eased these up a little.

Garden Grill is a character meal and they only serve dinner, so there's no other meals to help even it out. It's also not a really large restaurant. It can also be difficult to get into California Grill unless you book really early or AFTER the scheduled fireworks at MK.

I can't figure why Ohana would be so popular. I think the food is marginal at best and too much meat. I went there once for dinner and it was yuck as far as food was concerned and way too many little kids. Sorry I just don't get it's popularity!:confused3

Chef Mickeys is suppose to one of the most popular restaurants as well. Decent breakfast there and fun.

I haven't been able to get into the Odyssey restaurant in years.

The 3 hardest for me this time were:
Le Cellier (Finally able to get the date I wanted, but not the time).
Tusker House (Our party size might of had something to do with it).
Crystal Palace was a little difficult as well.

I haven't been able to get into the Odyssey restaurant in years.

I think they use it for the Grand Gathering Illuminations Dinner.

My top 3 would be:

Fantasmic DP
Le Cellier
'Ohana Dinner

I have been checking daily for Ohana and Le Cellier with no luck. 43 more days ;) maybe something will pop up.

You can include me on this one too! Been there a couple of times and it wore off quickly. I would rather head over to Kona Cafe where you have choices.

I think we will see LeCellier's popularity change if the rumors are correct and it does indeed become signature in 2011. There may be alot of cancellations in January.

I agree that the draw of Le Cellier will lessen if they do change to 2 credit meal. Right now it is good value for one credit, and very small, so it fills up quickly.

Chef Mickeys has become more and more difficult for breakfast. Even though the food is not great, it is the only place you can find the fab 5!

For the week of Thanksgiving the top 3 at this point are:
Le Cellier esp Dinner
Any Fantasmic Package
Akershus Princess Breakfast (I know, I can't believe it)

I'm going in 45 days and have been checking daily for Le Cellier as well...so I guess we're battling each other for some days - LOL.

It appears that for hardest ressie, Le Cellier is in a category all by itself.

Le Cellier
CRT ( Well atleast it use to be but that is starting to change I guess cause you can get princesses at all 3 meals now right? )
Ohana's...
