Magikitty - Yeah on the travel stuff arriving. And I know it must be hard to cut those auntie apron strings ... but the twins will be fine.

As for ironing... we iron here as needed and ONLY if the item is unwearable as is. Plus, my wonderful DH does most of it anyway. He's more particular about his clothes than I am.

I'm in negotiations....every cent shaved off of rental car should be spent on souvenirs, right? BF's original budget for car rental was $150. The fifty dollar difference should go to play money! Its incentive to get that rental fee down, down, down!

It is basically allowing you to trade a table service for a counter service including two snacks OR a mesh bag. I might try this one day with a TS I am not really excited about (soon as I figure out which one ha ha)

Pikster, Whgrn- Just wanted to say hello! Whgrn, I may need some good diet tips from you when I get back from vacation. I found out today from my Dr. that he really needs me to lose weight (at least 60 pounds ) because I might be "Pre-diabetic" and have something going on with my thyroid (I forgot what he called it ha ha). Geeze and I just went to the Dr. because I was tired too much...to pretty much be told I would feel better if I lost weight...I know that is true lol, but it still stinks to have to hear it.

Update:
I am going to raise DD's allowance. She got a new dresser today-she outgrew her 'baby furniture' long ago, and it took a while to find one to fit. There were clothes and laundry everywhere. She and I did everyone's and folded it too. DH was upset about the mess downstairs and the mess made making way for the dresser-duh....
anyways, she went up to his office while dinner was on the stove and said to DH,
"Dad, what is it going to take for you to realize that having a wife and a child that love you is more important than this house being 'model home' perfect every morning and every night?(he always says he wants to live in a model home- )... I know that there is a mess but you don't even consider why it's there and that it is temporary. If you think that this place is so dirty than hire Flor to come more often to clean up or pitch in an do it yourself instead of staying in this office complaining." That's my girl!
Needless to say, DH came very sheepishly to dinner tonight-I think he might have gotten a hint.

As TKers check in, I need a response to this....Who likes to iron? This is so we'll know who to send out our clothes to...Maybe they can open an I like to iron shop at WDW to earn Disney Dollars.

Hmmm. I don't mind ironing. It's actually pretty relaxing when I dont' HAVE to do it.

whgrn...I rented through Alamo. Used the $25 off a week's rental and some code found on Mousesavers. Its the 8th day that's killing the fee--its under $100 otherwise! I still have hope, people on the transportation board are reporting falling rental rates! And its a mid-size--more than enough for BF and me. Now, for outlet shopping, that's another story altogether.....

Pikester-my boys are 18 months and 6 1/2. My oldest will turn 7 in Nov. and my youngest will turn 2 right after we get back from WDW. Yay for free airfare for him!!

BF and I will be celebrating four years together at Disney! Does that count as an anniversary?

I'm on board with the "need to get some of this stuff off of me" but its going to have to be after Free Dining! What's your opinion of Weight Watchers? I have a difficult time committing to anything (save us TKers and the Dis), I don't know how keen I'd be on meetings. I really need to learn to love exercise. I don't really eat that bad, but I am a sucker for a baked good.

WW is good because it lets you eat real food and you can eat anything, as long as you count it. There's an online WW you can join. I do like the meetings to hear what others are going through.

Not really any plans yet for the weekend. We've been running pretty much lately. I think we need to get to a WalMart though. We do not like the one in Lancaster. It's too messie and dirty and has lots of shoplifting done there. We go to one about 20 min away. We do have a small one here that is ok but it does not have everything. We're going to Boscovs Friday...need some things for our trip to visit relatives in VA and NC in 3 weeks. We'll be gone for at least 12 days and I do not have that many pants. I do but they would be the dress pants I wore to school and they would be too hot too.

Mom saw in the paper that some airlines was doing nonstop from Harrisburg to Orlando starting Nov 20! Starting at $208. I need to check that out.

I'm with MagiKitty on the not eating that bad. I try to cook healthy and we have cut out fast food for the most part...maybe once a month because I get tired of cooking. I just need to get off my behind and get out there and start walking.

M&N, if you go those dates you told me about, I"ll be there on the 24th.

We have 3 Walmarts within 20 minutes of us. One is really tiny and alot less crowded than the others. I like going there since I seem to spend less.

I just checked out AirTrans. Hburg's airport is actually in Middletown which is around 20 min from me. They leave here at 12:02 and get to Orlando at 2:35. The dates I looked up just to see would be $214 plus the taxes...It doesn't start until Nov 20. I want to be home for Thanksgiving (Mom won't go) so I would have to go after the 27th. This is looking good! Lancaster was to get air service to Orlando too but it fell through I think with all this gas trouble. I need to talk to my friends...

This is why we drive. I just can't handle the stress of trying to book flights that work with our schedule. That and I can't handle the price for 6 of us to fly either.

We are leaving on 12/1 to head to Daytona for a few hours before we start driving home.

Speaking of Daytona, do you remember how long about it took you to tour the track and museum? I'm trying to put a basic time line together to see how far we can drive home that first night.
