D&D - I'm so jealous of your snow! We hardly ever get any down here.
AU - We have AP's, so I'll try to answer any questions for you. BTW, Peter Pan was great! (after I got past Peter being a girl, LOL) Are you still going to see Winnie the Pooh? I'd love to, but I didn't realize it was so soon, and we really don't have the money right now. Oh well, maybe later.
MagiKitty - Thanks for the well wishes! Your trip sounds wonderful, and I'm glad it's working out. I'm reading your TR, even though I don't think I've posted on it yet. We have AP's to Universal/IOA also, because my teens love it, so it's interesting reading other people's reports.
Dreamin' - I'm sorry you had the problems with your SIL, but it sounds like you handled it nicely. And I don't blame you for uninviting her to your vacation - who wants to deal with that?
Lighttech - I've never tried refreezing ham, but let us know how it works out. We have lots of leftovers too, so we're eating lots of ham & turkey sandwiches.
Pepper - LOVE the bike! My teens love to play DDR - you do know there is one at Disney, don't you? It's in the gift shop at Space Mtn. DD always has to go there several times during our trip to play it. It has all Disney songs, of course!
disney54us - It took me forever to figure out what MS was and why you were only booking one day at a time! Then it hit me - you're DVC! Oh no, the jealousy strikes again, LOL. Where are you staying and for how many days? The castle lights are SO GORGEOUS - you will love it! We only had 1 night to split between Epcot and MGM this year, so we stood in the back of the theater for the CP and watched them process in and sing the first couple of songs. Then we went up front for the tree lighting ceremony and then over to MGM for the Osborne Lights. Maybe next year we'll get to see the whole thing.
Shmu - I can't believe you've already taken down your Christmas decorations! Of course, it's supposed to be bad luck to leave them up after New Year's, but we enjoy them so much that we can never take them down until at least the weekend after New Year's. Have a fun and romantic New Year's Eve home alone with your husband.!
Speaking of New Year's Eve - our plans are to stay home (as usual), watch the Dick Clark special
, drink the bottle of Rosa Regale I found at Sam's Club
, and at midnight, walk outside and listen to the ruckus (fireworks, horns, etc.)
Not very exciting, I know! Of course, like Shmu, our kids will be gone (over at their brother's house with all their cousins), so it might be kinda romantic

, I will do my best from memory
. Magikitty
so glad to hear you will get to the wedding! sounds like everything you will be doing and celebrating and helping those less fortunate then us will be great. DreaminPa,
. A snow globe that was given to step mom from her dad before he passed, that is really sad. I have certain things that I would be crushed if something happen to them, b/c of sentimental value and others I would be upset because of $value but it could be replaced. It looks like you pulled Christmas off and your present? no SIL in Disney!!
. I think I got it right
?? Oh yeah, shut down at 9:00pm EST, but check out Kaylair (the mod who check out our thread some weeks back
) she has info, and then says you can click on something to be part of the test and still post
.
, Oh yeah AP's I have had them so any questions, just ask!
Ah-ha! I just figured out what everyone is talking about...shutting down...new server. I just found the post about it. I feel pressured to post now too! Between the server being down and the writer's strike, I'm forced to do something like....LAUNDRY! Oh no, I can't be this stuffy to be doing my unmentionables on a Friday night. Its just so sad.
if Idon't post before blast off, talk to you tomorrow. I hope they don't have any problems and it's down longer then expected
. dreamin you can use the down time to plan happy family trip
.
everytime I post someone posts at the same time, and we still are under. I just thought it would be fun o go out during the upgrade as the lead thread, but I think I have to much time on my hands tonight
