When I was younger I use to lay underneath the tree and look up at all the lights. Don't know why, just liked it, still do.:lmao: It also got to the point, since we always put it in the corner, I'd sit back in the corner behind the tree. I guess I'd be back there so long and quiet my parents would forget and yell "Where you at?!" And you'd hear me for the tree. "Right here!"

Now my kids do it.:santa:

I've thought about taking a picture of all of us under the tree with our feet sticking out and use it as a Christmas card.:rotfl: :rotfl2:

As for ebay 20 of 26 are selling right now. It's the first time I'm selling so I'm pumped for it. 10 end tommorrow.

Nice pic MK! When I use to be able to post pic's easily, I'd make them to where you could click on them and make them larger so save space. We actually did the CD from Photo pass last time cause there were like 20 out of 150 pics we couldn't do without so it made sence.

BTW......Does anyone know if they charge you the same price for the Cd regardless of how many or how little pics you take?:confused3 Cause if it is the same, we may look for every Photopass person this time.

Yes, they do charge the same price no matter how many pictures you have. You can also add to borders to your pictures and same them as copies of the original. They can fit 300 pictures on each cd and it will be the same price no matter how many cds you need...like if you end up with 325 pictures, they put them on 2 cds and it's still the same price.

When we went in August of this year, we had 135 pictures taken but with all the borders I added to them, I ended up with 600 pictures. I only paid the price for one cd. Hope that helps.

Congrats Magikitty! Nice photo!

Great job on the ebay blame my sister! I'm intimidated by selling for some reason, but I think I'm gonna have to. We're finally getting some "grown up" furniture and have to lose some hand-me-downs. (The new stuff is just Ikea, but its nice to pick it out new none-the-less.) I'm going to try to list a dining room set and some end tables as Local Pick up items, we'll see...

Sweeeeeeeeeeeet! :goodvibes Will probably go all out then, especially for X-mas.

You never know.................
Alot of the stuff I've got on there are my old toys from the 80's and people buy then nomatter the condition!!!!!!

Now why I kept then I don't know?:confused3

BUT! My wife asked me why I'm selling my old toys cause she thought I'd like to keep something from my childhood.

I said "Childhood!? I'm still in my childhood. I just stopped playing with these toys."

So what we have learned here is killing threads gives us ears.
Aren't you just amazed at what we have learned through this thread?
:rotfl: Isn't it Great!

Good morning everyone! It snowed a little bit, those big fat beautiful flakes. It was so pretty, but I'm sure it'll be slick this afternoon. So to everyone in the northern areas, please be careful getting around this holiday season. Its a perfect night for chili though!

M&N...good luck with the packing! Your plans sound wonderful. On my trip, the Marketplace was the one place that was crazy crowded! We braved it though to get food at Earl of Sandwich (yummy!). I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Candlelight processional. It was so well done and really a good way to bring all the holiday madness under control, to remind us the true reason for the season (in my opinion anyway, please no offense meant). My BF is not very religious, but he humoured me by attending last year. We saw Brian Dennehy, and he was a fantastic orator. The choir brought tears to my eyes. It was one of my favorite experiences at WDW.

dreamin in pa...I know what you mean! I have a big dog, a rottie pound puppy rescue, who is afraid of everything too! He even barks at strangers outside, then looks at me and whimpers. Like, "is it ok that I barked?"

Bopsmom...thanks for the suggestion about the photo poster! You reminded me that I have a free poster on shutterfly, which is expires on November 30! I put together a cute poster to give to Mom for Christmas. She'll love it.

disney54us...Congrats on becoming a Mouseketeer and good luck with the Ebay! I'm one of those people who waits until the bidding period is almost up before I bid, otherwise I'd go crazy worrying about it! I'm sure the traffic on your postings will pick up as the end date nears. In regards to the pocketwatch, my grandmother's maiden name was Jeanjaquet, not really too common. Her family came from Switzerland, more particularly an area called Neuchatel, which was known for its clocks and pocketwatches. Eduard Jeanjaquet was well known for his talents, and I found one of pocketwatches online. There is actually a cuckoo clock style called Jeanjaquet, but getting one of those is way beyond my budget, but a girl can dream.

All the stuff I've learned on this thread...and I'm still intimidated by multiquoting. I'm going to need everyone's help on posting pics. Oh! I love my photopass pics, but I'm wondering what other people do...do you print up everything? Or just a selection...there's a total of over 200 after editing, that seems like a lot, but I just love them all! I too would love to be a scrapbooker, but I have commitment issues and never actually finish a project. I usually print mine up and hope that one day I'll actually put them in an album!

Great picture, you did it:yay: What a great story about the pocketwatch, so cool you were able to get it. I think most people wait till the end of bids and just keep a watch on the items they are interested in.

Snapfish is great... and EASY. They make it pretty simple for even the uninitiated computer user. Its also FREE!! I suggest giving it a whirl.

I love the ideas. Thanks! I'm planning on making a small flip book for my DS (2.5) since he keeps talking about all the characters he met. He loves seeing pics of himself. And, the flipbooks are only a few dollars, so if it winds up getting a little bent in his excitement... no harm no foul.

Looked at my Photopass today too. I don't plan on buying any... not in the budget :sad1: But, its SO fun to look. Its almost like being there again. :)

Welcome to all the newbies.
And "hallo!" to everybody else.

PS - Is it time to go home yet? Work is boring.

Easy, that works!! maybe one day I'll figure all this out! But, hey look at me, I learned to multi quote:dance3:. One step at a time!

Okay that was my little catch up, since wasn't on last night. Busy day, it was my birthday and also the day we were awaiting announcement if my DS school would close or be merged (which is another word for closing). Sadly word came down from the diocese, that we were to be 'merged' with another school at there location:sad1:. Love his school, great teachers, principal, parents. Just a feel good place, like this thread.
Need to bump us up, we were down the list this morning, guess everyones busy with the holidays fast approaching and I know we are missing quite a few who are enjoying Disney. Hope they are having great weather!
So Good Morning all, check in later! Who am I kidding, most likely in a hour:rotfl:.

Love the pic Magikitty

Great Job on ebay blame my sister. I still need to try.

:bday: party: Disney54us Hope is was fantastic. Sorry about the school.

A southern HI YA'll to everybody else. Gotta go. I'll check in again later.:hippie:

Quickly, before I have to run....

Am packing the jeep but had to check on thread this am. I made it a favorite to get to it faster. Glad to be leaving---messy weather coming.
Disney54us---Don't think of it as another birthday---think of it as a day closer to your next Disney trip! :bday: party:

:bday: to Disney54us!

Sorry about the change in the schools. Hope it all works out.

Off the spread a little "pixiedust: into the local economy.

Hey ya'll!

I just realized that even though I've been keeping up with the thread, I haven't posted in a while.

Wanted to send a :bday: to Disney54us! And good wishes for a safe, happy trip to those going soon.

To everyone else, HAVE A GREAT DAY! :)

Hey, look at me I'm a mouseketeer!:woohoo: This is a great place to have my 75th post!:goodvibes

Disney54us, would you mind sending me your chili recipe. I've been experimenting with different ones to find the kind that we like best.

Thanks!

Help!... Do I have to remove my "Thread Killer" title? Every time I post on another thread, someone else now comes along and says.."I see you're a thread killer and I didn't want this thread to die, so..."
It's kind of giving me a complex. :o

At least they are posting after you! That means that you didn't kill it! :rotfl:

Hi everyone, thanks for all the Birthday wishes:love:. Thanks, for the good wishes about the school closing:grouphug:. Not a problem being a year older, since when I sign up for the Dis boards (Remember it's, ME computer challenged) I somehow couldn't get past one of the steps w/my email address, so I filled it in under the part that says if you are under 13 please put your parents email address here!:rotfl2: I thought this was straighten out with them, but when I go into my profile this little message is there that says if you are over 13 and seeing this message click here to contact administrator! That is why, I don't have permission to upload gif (aka booed, treed all the fun stuff).
Now it doesn't mean I would know how to do it, but it is a great excuse. Anyway (sorry about the going on and on) Now maybe the boards will say oh, she's over 13 she just had a Birthday:banana:. and I could upload:confused3.

I love the Thread Killer in the sig, those people are just wondering how to get one!:rotfl:.

See, DL55 I really am over 13!
