Hello! We've been to all the restaurants on your ADR list (most several times!) and I read a few reviews from your last trip.

We also love Le Cellier, and you know you will enjoy it! And you have experience with Ohana - fun place for dinner - we used to go there quite a bit when our now 11 and 12-year-old boys were younger. Our 4-year-old still loves it.
As for your new ADRs, I think you'll enjoy Chef's - the food is good (including the burgers on the kids' menu - our pickiest eater loves them), the atmosphere is light and bright and the service has always been wonderful.
Crystal Palace dinner reminds me of Chef Mickey's in some ways, and I know you didn't enjoy that much on your last visit. It's also busy and not low-key - especially at dinner! But I do think the salads on the Crystal Palace buffet are pretty good for a buffet. Nevertheless, we returned to CP earlier this year for our 4-year-old's birthday weekend. We went in knowing the food isn't the best, but that it would be a fun experience - and it was! Same with CRT breakfast - it's more for the experience, not the food.
Our favorite character dinner is actually Garden Grill - I think it's the most calm character meal and we really enjoy the food. (Our pickiest eater loves the mac and cheese.) It's been our arrival night tradition since our oldest was a year old!
