Thoughts on The Plaza Restaurant...

We ate there for the first time last summer and loved it. We had lunch and my two boys (three if you count DH) still rave about how much they enjoyed it.

We did have to wait awhile to be seated (we had ADR's for lunch) but other than that, I thought it was a great experience. Good food, fun atmosphere. We'll be doing lunch there again next summer.

Love The Plaza! I will be in Disney World next month...made one advanced reservation, and it was for this restaurant.

We also love the food at the Plaza-cheese steaks, ruebens, and the club sandwich are great. One of those and a chocolate shake makes my day.

Great food, quiet for a Disney restaurant (in the parks no less), and a great place to cool down if you're going in hot weather. Food is light- sandwiches and salads for the most part.

Pretty nondescript so don't expect any elaborate theming. Great for having a break from the chaos!

We ate at The Plaza for the 1st time last year & really enjoyed it. The sandwiches were very good, the desserts were fabulous, & our server was awesome.

When we had lunch there, the sandwiches were good. I have to admit I was really turned off by the "wait time" for a table. We had ADRs and still had to wait for over one hour. We weren't a large group - three people - and honestly we were ready to leave just as we were called. That may be a silly reason to not like a restaurant but I really did not expect that long of a wait. There were many, many people waiting, ADRS and non-ADRS and the hostess was calling names that no one could hear.

I've eaten at Plaza 4 times, and the food has been excellent every time. The only downside for me is that I have never had good service there. But the food is what keeps bringing me back, it is definitely worth it. I always have the turkey sandwich, then cheesecake for dessert but not sure if that is still on the menu.
