I have been on these boards for a while now. For our big trip in Sept, with our first every Deluxe Dining experience, I have perused, read, and searched all sites that have been recommended. 
I really appreciate all the time those that have written the reviews have taken and their talent at bringing their thoughts to us. Thank being said, I wish the flamers would leave!! 
This is a great board, and using it as a sounding board for your entertainment is not enjoyable, or wanted! If you do not like a restaurant, say so and leave it at that! I am determined to go into the restaurants that I have chosen with an open mind and appetite!!
We own a restaurant and at times, for different reasons a meal comes out poorly - servers do have bad days, and occasionally a customer not reading the description of the meal on the menu leads to an unsatisfied experience!
Ask to speak with the manager, they will make it better. That is their job!! Sometimes just speaking with the server is all it takes. When they come to ask you if everything is ok, give them your honest opinion, they are there to SERVE you!
I just think Disney has so much to offer, a wide variety of dining experineces, that should be chosen carefully, to make sure you have the best time, service, and meal possible. I know We Will!!
