It was December not February admittedly, but in 2004 we were only able to do shorts for 3 days out of 23! And we are quite hardy

Last Feb we were there 17 days and needed long pants and a polar fleece 2 days. I used more sunblock then sweatshirts.
We will be returning the 10the of Feb for another 16 day stretch. I get out of the snow and appreciate the nice weather. We can not wait.

We were also there in mid February and it was cold! I ended up wearing my winter puffa jacket every morning and night. They had unusual weather this year due to the ice storms up north and it was warmer in Edinburgh at night time than in Orlando which was just above freezing. We did manage to go to BB but I wasn't brave enough to go in the water, my son had a blast though even if he ended up looking like Nemo (blue).

It never rained once however and the weather picked up on the last couple of days, so we managed to do more than we could have than when the weather is hot.

We've been twice in February and are going again next year as well. We had great weather both times & wore shorts the whole time. I can only remember being cold one evening last year at Epcot waiting for IllumiNations so we stopped at Mexico & brought jumpers for the kids & a blanket for me.

The queues were fine we didn't wait long for any of the rides even over the Presidents weekend. Arrive early & plan to do the popular rides first, try and avoid eating between 12.00 & 2.00 if you can or make ADRs in advance.
