Thinking about eating dinner here. The characters are not as important to us as the food.

I am not a huge fan of dinner buffets...but the menu looks pretty good and it would be some place new for us to try (although we did eat there many years ago...I think for breakfast when the kids were younger)

Reviews on food? Should we give it a try?

We have not tried dinner there but we did go for breakfast and it was just so darn loud and crazy in there we could not wait to get out!

We are not big fans of dinner buffets either, only time we ever eat at them is at Disney and that is because of the characters. If we do a buffet, breakfast has always seems to work out better food wise.

We had dinner at 1900 on our last trip. I was looking forward to it after reading all the reviews. I know lots of people seem to like it but it was just average buffet food to us, it wasn't bad, just o.k.. Would return for the characters, but not just for the food, and like MickeyNicki said, it is very loud.

We ate dinner there for the first time a few weeks ago. My least favorite character buffet I have ever been too.
Waited a long time to be seated. Kids running every where and playing on the floor. It was hard to walk around. Little character interaction.
Food was mediocre at best.
I won't be going back.

We did have breakfast there a few years ago and really enjoyed that one.

We're not really fans of buffets either, except Biergarten, but we found 1900 PF to be very good. We still prefer it for breakfast though.

We thought the food was very good and ranked up there just below Crystal Palace in terms of quality when we went 2 years ago. I think it is a good alternative to CRT if you want to see Cindy. You get to meet her, the prince and two of the mice (Fairy Godmother greets you at the door too).

I would recommend it.

The characters for dinner are different now, it's Cinderella, Prince Charming, the Step-Sisters and the Step-Mother. Step-Sisters are pretty funny!

Good idea, the mice were kinda lame.
