DH, DS5, DS4 and I were all on DDP. We were joined by family and friends thru the trip not on DDP. The way we thought about DDP was that we got CS and snacks for free thru the trip. It was way too much food but we might do it again if we have people to share with that aren't doing it. we were also at VWL and felt like we didn't take much advantage of the kitchen.
Oh and can I brag that I'm convinced that sharing meals is the reason I didn't gain any weight on DDP!
everyday breakfast was the same - zone bars for DH and me, go gurts and fruit on the go for the kids.
12/10 - dinner at whispering canyon - fun and yummy. DD asked for ketchup and loved passing it along later on.
12/11 - CS at commissary in MGM - I shared a cuban sandwich w/my sister. it was fine but not great. it was our only meal at MGM
12/11 - TS at Citricos w/friends not on DDP. Excellent. I had the crab appetizer - small but outstanding. I had the tilefish and it was good too. DH and I shared our desserts w/friends and there was plenty to share. I had cinderellabration.
12/12 - CS in mexico - DH and I got the burritos and split then w/friends
12/12 - TS at Boma - we all had the filet w/mac and cheese. split flatbreads to start and desserts.
12/13 - seaworld day. MVMCP in the evening - CS at Pecos Bills - burgers all around and the fixings are really great.
12/14 - CS at tuskers w/my parent. 2 chicken entrees easily fed 4 people.
12/14 - TS at chef mickeys - decent food but not much character interaction relative to what i remembered in 2003.
12/15 - TS at CRT for lunch - pork tenderloin was wonderful and the room is stunning. if i'd known there was 1 visit per meal by each character i would have spent more time with each. DD4 dressed up as Aurora and had a magical time
