We used to know this guy (a friend of a friend actually) that everytime he came over would open and look at all the contents in our kitchen cabinets. Used to drive me crazy. He wasn't looking for a glass or plate or anything. Just checking things out.

I wonder if it was some sort of compulsion. He did it to everybody. Just walk in, greet everyone, get a drink, and take inventory.

This is a favorite saying of mine......I've been trying to teach the after care kids this principle for 2+ years now, they are not taking to it very easily.
