I was under the three week mark, I had the hotel reserved, and couldn't wait to get my hands on my annual pass.... Then my brother came home last night and informed me he had received a speeding ticket and has to go to traffic court the Friday we planned to be at the DLR. So now we have to push the trip back a week and I've got to start tweaking my plans for hotels, dinning reservations, etc.

Any positive thoughts or vibes are much appreciated.

I note that you're in Tempe...I'm in Phoenix. Have him go down to the courthouse where he is supposed to appear and request a new date. Sometimes they'll even let him make his first appearance early so he can have it taken care of ahead of vacation so it's not hanging over him. OR...if his plan is to simply pay the fine, he can do that without needing a hearing date...some jurisdictions will even let him sign up for traffic school if he's willing to waive his right to an appearance. Of course if he's planning to fight it, then he needs to appear before a Judge.

Well I must say I'm thankful for all your kind words, make me feel better.

I might add that he did start making up for it but getting us passes to the Cars 2 3D premier that was in town tonight! Between the actual movie itself, the Toy Story short, Brave preview, and Lion King 3D preview I was in heaven! So I guess he's doing his best to make it up to me.
